License Terms
Unless a product listing provides different terms, Tavro Studio Digitals products are licensed rather than sold as intellectual property.
License grant
The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered files for the purposes stated on the product listing. Personal use is the default unless the listing expressly grants classroom, homeschool or commercial use.
Permitted copies
You may make reasonable copies or printouts needed for your licensed use and keep a personal backup. Classroom use applies only to the purchasing educator’s own learners unless the listing states a broader scope.
Restrictions
Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share source files, upload them to public or shared repositories, remove ownership notices, extract substantial content for a competing product or claim the supplied work as your own.
Ownership and third-party rights
Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights remain with Tavro Studio or the applicable rights holder. A purchase transfers no ownership beyond the stated license.
Termination
The license terminates if its material restrictions are violated. On termination, use and distribution must stop and retained copies must be deleted, without limiting other lawful remedies.
Questions and expanded rights
Contact Tavro Studio before using a product outside its listed license. A separate written commercial or enterprise license may be offered where appropriate.
