Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information Tavro Studio collects when you contact the studio, create an account or purchase a digital product.
Information collected
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing location, tax identifiers supplied by customers, project inquiries, Google account identifiers, orders, payment references, download activity, newsletter consent, referral data and limited security logs. Complete card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Tavro Studio.
Purposes and lawful use
Information is used to answer inquiries, authenticate customers, calculate tax, process and reconcile payments, issue invoices, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, measure first-party product performance and satisfy accounting or legal obligations.
Processors and international handling
Necessary information may be processed by Google authentication, Razorpay, hosting, MongoDB, SMTP email and S3-compatible storage providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Data may be processed in countries other than the customer’s country where those services operate.
Analytics and security
First-party analytics use a random browser session identifier, page and product events, referral fields, a hashed network identifier and a limited user-agent string. Tavro Studio does not use browser fingerprinting to identify individuals.
Email choices
Marketing email requires confirmation and includes an unsubscribe option. Transactional messages about orders, security, invoices, downloads and support do not depend on marketing consent.
Retention and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through the contact form or published support email. Orders, payments, invoices, audit records and tax information may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Children and changes
The storefront is intended for adults purchasing products for themselves, families or classrooms; children should not submit personal information. Material policy changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
