You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate checkout information. By completing an order, you accept the policy versions linked at checkout.

You may use the website for lawful inquiries, account access and purchases. Attempts to disrupt services, bypass access controls, probe private systems, automate abusive requests or redistribute protected downloads are prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and secure order links.

Product prices are displayed in the stated currency. Applicable tax is calculated from customer-supplied billing location and added before payment. Currency conversion or issuer fees may be charged independently by a bank or payment provider. An order is accepted only after server-side payment verification.

Descriptions, supplied formats, license terms and disclosed limitations form part of the order. Purchasing a product grants the stated license; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Verified purchases are delivered by secure email access and customer account entitlement. Links may expire and downloads may be limited. Access may be suspended where fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing or material violation of these terms is reasonably suspected.

Software, media, consulting and creative engagements require a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, fees, ownership, delivery, support and change control.

Products are supplied in the formats and compatibility stated on their listings. To the extent permitted by law, Tavro Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Odisha, India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Material updates apply prospectively and will be published with a revised effective date.
