Refund Policy
Digital products are supplied electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned after access has been granted.
General rule for digital products
Because downloadable files can be retained after access, completed digital orders are ordinarily non-refundable once a secure entitlement or download has been issued, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligible remedy requests
Contact support promptly if a file is missing, materially corrupted, cannot be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or is materially different from the listing. Tavro Studio may repair the delivery, replace the file or issue an appropriate refund after verification.
Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges with the order and payment references. Valid claims will be reviewed against payment, access and security records. Do not send complete card or banking credentials.
Ineligible requests
Change of mind, failure to read the listing, incompatible customer software not contradicted by the listing, or unauthorized sharing generally does not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact Tavro Studio before opening a payment dispute so delivery or billing issues can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspended download access.
How to request review
Use the official contact form or support email and include the order reference, purchasing email and a concise description of the issue. Refunds approved by Tavro Studio are returned through the original payment method and remain subject to provider processing times.
