Payment & Digital Delivery

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable GST or other configured tax is calculated from the billing location and shown before the payment window opens. Banks may apply separate conversion or international transaction fees.

Razorpay handles payment credentials. Tavro Studio receives transaction references, amount, currency and payment status, but does not store complete card details. Orders are fulfilled only after signature validation and server-side reconciliation with Razorpay.

After verification, Tavro Studio creates product entitlements and sends a secure access email to the purchasing address. Customers can also sign in with a Google account using that email to retain access in their account library.

Email access and storage links are short-lived for security. Product entitlements currently permit a limited number of download requests, displayed in the account or secure order page. Contact support if a legitimate recovery is needed.

If a payment is charged but confirmation is delayed, the authenticated webhook may complete the order shortly afterward. Do not pay a second time until the first transaction has been checked. Contact support with the order or provider reference if access does not arrive.

A digitally generated invoice is available from secure order access and the customer account. Customer-supplied billing information determines the displayed place of supply and tax treatment.
